2. Intellectual Property & Sacred Texts
Historical Sanskrit literature (such as the Bhagavad Gita and Vedic stotras) resides in the public domain. However, the specific software implementations, user interfaces, proprietary audio recordings, transliteration synchronizations, typography systems, and trademarks (including "Archiven Technologies" and "Shloka Vidyalaya") are the intellectual property of Archiven Technologies and its licensors.
3. Permitted Use
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications for personal learning, chanting, memorization, and educational purposes. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or repackage proprietary audio assets or compiled binaries for commercial resale.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for rigorous pedagogical and technical accuracy, Archiven Technologies makes no representations regarding uninterrupted service or error-free operation across all hardware.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
